Sylvester has 15+ years of experience across banking, advisory, crowd investing, private equity, and principal investing in West Africa. He leads deal origination and investment execution at ACML, with a focus on the Ghanaian market, and oversees the development of internal policies covering compliance, risk management, ESG integration, and performance management. Previously, he served as Ghana Representative for Frankly-green, a crowd-investing platform for green infrastructure projects, and consulted for DAI at Kosmos Innovation Centre, providing access-to-finance advisory to AgriTech startups and agribusinesses across Ghana. Over his banking career, he oversaw the execution of deals valued in excess of US$100 million. At ACML, Sylvester plays a central role in developing the investment pipeline for the Argentil Investment Fund (ASIF), leading initiatives that combine financial performance with measurable social and environmental impact. He holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
