Peju has over 22 years of experience in retail banking and human resource management. She has expertise in collaborating with management to develop and implement HR and operational strategies that align with the organisation & business strategy. She oversees corporate governance practices and drives the ESG and impact objectives of the business, providing strategic guidance on incorporating ESG factors in both existing and pipeline projects.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, a Certification in Finance (FFE) from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She has completed the Senior Management Programme (SMP) at Lagos Business School, Nigeria, and is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources
(GPHR).
