ÀRGENTIL APIP II MAKES A FOLLOW-ON INVESTMENT IN CCX
Àrgentil Asset Management Limited has expanded its investment in Chocolate City Lounge to support CCX’s Lagos market entry by acquiring a 70% stake in 7th Heaven Bistro 7 Limited. This aligns with CCX’s strategy to grow its restaurant and lounge chain across Nigeria, leveraging the Chocolate City Group’s entertainment brand.
The investment, made through Àrgentil Principal Investment Portfolio II (APIP II), continues Argentil’s support for SMEs. CCX is among APIP II’s portfolio companies, which also includes Winchester Farms and Tempo Housing Nigeria Limited.
