ÀRGENTIL ACQUIRES STAKE IN TEMPOHOUSING NIGERIA LIMITED

Àrgentil Capital Partners (Àrgentil) has acquired a 20% stake in Tempo Housing Nigeria Limited (Tempo Housing), a developer of innovative housing solutions using modern prefabricated technology. This investment, made through the Àrgentil Principal Investment Portfolio II (APIP II), also includes debt financing to support Tempo Housing’s expansion. 

Àrgentil’s financing will help Tempo Housing develop affordable residential projects and flexible workspaces to address Nigeria’s housing demand-supply gap. The investment is based on Tempo Housing’s strong management team, led by Dele Ijaiya-Oladipo and David Aderounmu, and the company’s growth potential in the Nigerian real estate market.
