ACML at AFSIC 2024
Àrgentil Capital Management was proudly represented at this year’s AFSIC conference by our Managing Partner, Gbenga Hassan, and Investment Principal, Sylvester Ayisi.
Gbenga participated in two pivotal panels during the event:
Panel 1: “Private Equity in Africa: Powering Economic Recovery”
Alongside esteemed panelists’ Mara Ángeles León (Cobas Asset Management), Emad Naseraldin (EBRD), and Glenn Henning (Numeral XII), Gbenga provided valuable insights on the essential role of private equity in supporting SMEs and driving economic recovery across West Africa.
Panel 2: “Nigeria Investment Summit”
In this session, Gbenga shared the stage with Olufunmi Adepoju (PearlBridge Capital Management Ltd), Damilola Aloba (EY), Chuma Ajene (Access Bank), and Chuckwerika Achum (Falcon Aerospace Limited). He highlighted the significance of technology and AI in shaping Africa’s growth narrative.
