Peju has over 20 years of experience in retail banking, human resource management, operational governance, and travel and logistics support. She has expertise in collaborating with Management in developing and implementing HR and operational strategies that align with the business strategy of the organisation. She oversees corporate governance practices and drives the ESG and impact objectives of the business; providing strategic guidance on incorporating ESG factors in both existing and pipeline projects.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Actuarial Science from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka and a Certification in Finance (FFE) from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR, US), the Institute of Directors (M.CIoD Nig.) and completed the Senior Management Programme (SMP) at Lagos Business School, Nigeria.
