Morinsola is an investment professional with a background in accounting and early-career experience spanning private equity, asset management, and investment operations. At ACML, she supports investment screening, financial analysis, valuation review, regulatory documentation, and investor reporting, contributing to the firm’s deal pipeline development and fund-level reporting processes. Previously at African Capital Alliance, one of Nigeria’s foremost private equity firms, she supported transaction analysis, portfolio monitoring, regulatory reporting, and investment execution within a rigorous institutional asset management environment. She holds a BSc in Accounting from Covenant University and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
