Kunle has over 35 years of technical, financial, and management experience in the international and African energy sectors. He has managed various oil and gas, energy, and corporate finance transactions in excess of US$4 billion and led the listing of an indigenous E&P company on a Tier 1 international stock exchange.
His previous experience includes Inter Pipeline Fund in Calgary, Canada, where he was integral to the valuation, structuring, and financing of over US$10 billion in transactions, and KBC Technologies, Canada, where he managed the development of simulation and modelling software for oil refineries.
Kunle holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, and an MBA from Queen University, Ontario, Canada. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD) Nigeria.
